I had no issues with Kent Plumbing, but their delivery service, DPD, was a real headache. They tried to drop off my order three times, but each time they couldn't locate me. I provided clear directions and even used the 'what three words' app to pinpoint my front door! When they finally managed to deliver, they left the package by the gate, not in the 'designated safe place' as promised. It was just sitting out in the open, vulnerable to theft or getting drenched in the rain.

Fantastic experience, (up to now anyway), I placed my order online, and they had the best price for the toilet I was after. It showed up in just a couple of days. The package was in perfect condition, and I got notified about the delivery time. I mention (up to now anyway) because I haven't installed it yet; if I run into any problems, I'll find out if their support is as solid as their sales. But honestly, I'm not anticipating any trouble. Definitely recommend!

I went through 4 different companies before landing on Kent. I was on the hunt for a big radiator to swap out a broken one from another place. No one else could promise me a replacement in time for Christmas. Then I reached out to Kent supplies, and they checked with their supplier, getting back to me with a delivery date of Thur 22.12.22. I placed my order on 19.12.22, and the radiator showed up bright and early on Wed 21.12.22. The price was pretty decent, just £12 more than the lowest option, but they delivered before Christmas and saved me £200 compared to another company that couldn’t make it in time.
